Neuro3d is involved in the discovery and development of new innovative treatments for psychiatric disorders.

In December, 2004 Gilde led a large financing round supported by an international syndicate of investors. In 2005, Neuro3d completed two Phase II studies of its lead product and demonstrated efficacy of the treatment in schizophrenic patients. Since the investment, Gilde is closely involved in the corporate development of Neuro3d and is a member of the board.

As lead investor and through its representation in the board, Gilde has been closely involved in the corporate strategy of Neuro3d and its trade sale to Evotec in 2007.
